When trying to add the video URL link to an instragram REEL video for our newest contest we are receiving the error message " Video ID is not valid"
The video URL is: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cqyryt4gP7P/

Hi Cameron!
Please make sure you are using latest version of NorrCompetition for Joomla 3 series.
Here is the announcement of NorrCompetiton ver.1.8.9 which fixes the issue related to Instagram Reels:

But! Please take into consideration that you have to create a special App in Facebook to get Instagram Reels working.

P.S. It is nice to hear the migration to Joomla 4 is planned. That's the right point :-)

Hi NorrNext team,
Unfortunately a lot of the information on steps needed in order to get the instargam video link to work were out dated (from the FB end as well) and the process was not an easy fix. So instead we opted to require that all videos be submitted via YouTube link. While not our optiomal solution, it served our purpose and worked in this situation.

It seems that every time you get new instructions out tey go and chaneg it again. Maybe when they stop receiving views from the continual modifications it will make it easier for third parties to link in.
