Refund Policy

To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products and support, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee.

The 14-day money back guarantee applies ONLY to new purchases of single products and will not be applied to upgrades or renewals. No refunds will be issued for upgrades or renewals.

Should you encounter any issues that are unfixable or cannot be solved by our support staff, or if our software does not have any of the features that we advertised in the feature list, we will refund your money within 14 days of the purchase.

All refund requests MUST BE initiated by using our standard customer support forum during the 14-day refund period.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • You’ve made a purchase more than 14 days ago (absolutely no exceptions).
  • You have purchased the product with a discount.
  • You are unable to implement the NorrNext product on your site in time.
  • You realize the product purchased doesn’t suit your needs. We offer a live demo site (see product page) that explains what each of our extensions does in details.
  • You have purchased add-ons pack, bundle pack or developer pack.
  • You have renewed the subscription.
  • You have modified the NorrNext product and now it doesn’t work.
  • You are experiencing conflicts with other 3rd party software scripts that are connected to; or are installed on your Joomla! website (modules, templates, components, plugins etc.).

Please note that it is impossible to expect that we’ll be able to test our products on every server configuration or platform it may be installed on. With that said, if the NorrNext Support Staff is not able to help get your software functioning on your server in the 14-day span, a refund will happily be issued.

Also keep in mind that a refund will only be issued to the same e-mail address and account that was used when making the original purchase. A processing time of up to 7 days may be required.

NORRNEXT HAS RESERVED THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS TO ANY INDIVIDUAL(S) SHOULD AN OBVIOUS EFFORT BEING MADE TO ABUSE OUR REFUND POLICIES. WE HAVE TAKEN NOTICE OF USERS WHO DOWNLOAD ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS, ASK FOR A REFUND, AND THEN RE-REGISTER WHEN NEW NORRNEXT PRODUCTS ARE LAUNCHED AND AGAIN, PROCEEDING TO ASK FOR REFUNDS.
