Global settings are not respected.

I did not verify all settings but I noticed a first issue in Voting Check Options that are not passed on correctly.

Please perform a complete check of the global option settings and compare them to the contest creation form

Hello,

Can you be more specific - what parameter in Voting Check Options does not work correcty?

I noticed that there is a problem with "showon" that hides / shows parameters and this was fixed. Please download RC one more time.
