First of all the Ticket system is still buggy...
- receiving raw coded emails
- I did hit return (not intended...) in the "Environment Information" and the ticked was sent without any content...

Frontend, when trying to view/access the entry:
"We are sorry, an error has occured"
Also "occured" is missing a letter r, should be spelled "occurred"
