Hello Dimitrijs

I get different answers in the two views (Entries, Entry) when I vote in the “Entries” view.
View 1:  Entries
"Vote for entry
Entry votes left: 9"
(Not counted)


View 2: Entry
"Vote for entry
Contest votes left: 6
Entry votes left: 6"

 

I am now hiding the votes in the “Entries” view.

Hi Sonja,

This is how it works, it is not possible to update the votes count on all the buttons across the entire page online asynchronously. But, the votes are counting, it will be displayed after the refresh of the page. Also the control is happening during the vote itself.

Probably in v3 of the component we will change the behaviour of the vote button.
