But it doesnt works that way. Would do you advice me for this kind of setting please? Regards

Hello!
If I understand correctly, you should set:
- Votes per Contest = 0 (unlimited votes)
- Vote Frequency (contest) = Once per 12 hours
- Custom Vote Frequency (contest) = empty
- Votes per Entry = 0 (unlimited votes)
- Vote Frequency = Once per 12 hours
- Custom Vote Frequency = empty
Note that the contest voting options always override the entry voting options.
For example, if you set Votes per Contest = 1 and Votes per Entry = 0 (unlimited votes), then users can vote only once also for entry, because contest is limiting votes to 1.
