There is an option to integrate AlphaUserPoints, but this extension does not exist anymore, I think, at least not for J5.

Instead of using AlphaUserPoints, would it be possible to use Jomsocial Userpoints instead?

If Jomsocial Userpoints has an API to assign points, then yes. But it will require a new NC plugin for this integration.

We do not have JomSocial subscription. so we be absolutely sure that such API exists.

Hi Sven,

Unfortunately, the author of AltaUserPoints is no longer active and there is no solution for monetizing through scores.

We can develop extra functionality for NorrCompetition of a scoring system/monetization under a custom job.

But such task could be discussed after we finish adapting NorrCompetition to Joomla 6.

It also does not have priority at the moment, but I will keep this in mind when I get to it.
