#163 Submit Entry Form is not displaying. (Submit Entry Menu is active, Contest is active)

Hi,

I have set up the contest and set the Permissions as well for Guest to Allow. 

Submit Entry Menu button is also Active in Main Menu,

Still Submit Entry Form is not displaying.

Hi Abhay,
Thank you for your question. We have examined your website and determined that this issue is caused by Helixultimate template. No any component view are being displayed - no contest page, no entry page. But if we switch the template to default Cassiopeia, all works fine.

I have created a new menu item called Test Search (leads to core Joomla search component) and the effect is the same (no component view):

As you see - there is an error with Jquery in browser console:

If we switch to Cassiopeia, the component view looks fine:

So, as you see, this problem occurs with all components and is caused by Helix Ultimate template. Probably, there is a misconfiguration or a problem inside the template engine. Please contact its developers for further details.

Yes i seen. Now i try some other Templates and see for myself. I will update here once its working some theme.

 

Resolved. I was dues i have disabled the Component Area on certain position Thank you
