We have created a Simple Contest, with various questions.

While I have tried every combination of setting I could find, I am unable to allow anyone to submit an entry. For this contest, the unregistered public and guests, as well as registered users can submit an entry.

Please advise,

Thanks, I was able to enable Public submission by turning on:

Create
Create Before Contest Start
Create After Contest Start
Create After Vote Start

and

Edit Own
Edit After Contest Start
Edit After Vote Start

although I had not wanted access Before Contest Start, or After Vote Start, but can manually manage that as a fix.
