Hello - We have recently upgraded our website and now am no longer able to see the Contest form for my upcoming contest (https://irishdancing.com/contests/2024-design-a-costume) . On  the submit entry page - https://irishdancing.com/contests/enter-to-win?cid=96 - I can no longer see the contest entry form. I know this issue is either because of a permissions setting or something with the menu, but I cannot figure out what I have missed. Can you help me?

Hi Cameron,
We have examined your site and determined it is JCH Optimize which affects scripts. If I disable JCH Optimize, then the form appears:

You need to configure JCH Opimize options and exclude scripts related to NorrCompetition or exclude menu item related to submission form (it is better to contact JCH Optimize authors for details). Btw, is there a menu item that leads to submission form? Since there are many menu items, I could not find it on the front-end.

P.S. JCH Optimize is enabled back.

In addition:
1. I made a backup of the site through Akeeba Backup (it took +8 Gb). You can remove, it if needed.
2. I made two menu items in Hidden menu: Submit entry and NorrCompetition categories to check out. I disabled them.
It is better to keep Submit entry menu item visible anywhere on the site (call-to-action).

We have tested and this resolved the issue, as well as another issue that popped up in regards to voting, so I am closing the ticket.

We love Norr Competition. We'd love to see an export entries function added, if you are ever so inclined.
