#41 Cant update Norrcompetition addons bug error

Hi the Joomla Norrnext automatic update doesnt work for your extensions module Warning Error connecting to the server: 403 Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://norrnext.com/index.php?option=com_ochsubscriptions&task=updater.download&element=mod_competition_contests&id=69&dummy=my.zip&key=1

I also download the modules and got this error message from one that didnt work to install : NorrCompetition Contests module

JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist [ROOT][TMP]/install_63fdcd9ccbb07/fields
Module %s: Could not copy files from the source.


This one worked to install. NorrCompetition Entries module

Hello!

Probably the donwloand id key is missing? You can find it on our website under the User menu - My Download Keys.
Copy it and from the main administrator page of your site click on System on the sidebar.
Click on the Update Sites link towards the bottom of the middle column on the System page.
Find there the extension entry on the list and click on it to open the edit page.
Enter your Download ID in the Download Key area. Click on the Save & Close button on the toolbar to apply the Download ID.

Please download the package on more time, should be fixed.

Hi I did download the module NorrCompetition Contests module and install it and now it work to install. Before though I tried to make an automate install but that didnt work. I have set the key to my account and hope to test this again with your coming update of EasySocial addon there
