Hallo Support.

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Plugin-Paket.

Für die Website für die es gedacht war kann ich es nicht nutzen. Grund ist, dass STRIPE sich auf einmal weigert meinen Kunden zuzulassen, da er Pyrotechnik verkauft. Wir haben nun viel Kontakt mit dem Support von STRIPE über Wochen geführt und wir drehen uns im Kreis.

Da es nun sehr dringend wird den Shop ans Laufen zu bringen haben wir uns nun mit KLARNA verständigen können. Hier haben wir nun ein Konto welches hoffentlich nun auch dauerhaft Bestand hat.

Ich habe nun die Anfrage ob wir das Plugin tauschen können. Ich habe das Stripe-Plugin nie nutzen können weil die Schnittstelle nicht freigegeben wurde. Nun kann ich mit diesem Plugin auch nichts anfangen und wollte fragen ob ich im Tausch das Klarna Plugin dafür nutzen kann.

Wäre super wenn das unkompliziert möglich wäre.

Bitte teilt mir mit welche Schritte eventuell nötig sind um dies zu realisieren.

Ich danke euch schon mal im Voraus für eure Arbeit und das Verständnis für unsere Situation.

Hello Andreas,

I have sent you two e-mails on e-mail directly (one with coupon code) but no response followed.
We’ve received your payment — thank you! However, I noticed that the full amount was charged and the discount code wasn’t used.

Did you perhaps miss it? (maybe need to check spam box just in case) 

Would you like us to issue a refund so you can complete the purchase again using the discount code?

Successfully refunded due to customer request. It may take a few days for the money to reach the customer's bank account.
