Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hello, I am having problems with the Quickpay plugin. As soon as I install the plugin, the other payment methods stop working – at checkout it shows an error. This happens regardless of whether I even add Quickpay as a payment option or not. The other payment methods only work if I disable the Quickpay plugin. Please help.

We do not have any errors on our test websites. What error do you have? If possible, enable the debug in Joomla options, it should display more info about the error.

I enabled debugging, but there is no additional error information. Instead of successfully completing the order, the process stops on the payout page with the error message: Error creating a payment. Please contact our shop support. This happens with all payment options. If I deactivate the Quickpay plugin, everything works normally again.

That's odd. Yes, it comes from our plugin, but it should not be called when it is not selected. We need to debug on your website, because I cannot reproduce this on our test websites (Joomla 4 and Joomla 5).
Please create admin user for us (you can add credentials in your first post) and temporarily install Phoca Commander - this is needed to debug in files.
