Hi,

Unfortunately I'm not able to create user in mollie because I do not have a KvK number which is required field.

So the product I bought is useless and I'm wondering if a refund is possible.

We are sorry you faced with the problem. Yes, refund is possible.
I just would like to comment this situation additionally.

In most cases you need a company to sell products. If the company is registered, then you can get a registration number which is a necessary information to validate company details in most payment systems.

If you choose another payment solution, I am afraid the situation will be the same and the payment processing company will require the company number to complete KYC set of standards.

Takis, maybe it would be just better to get KvK number and finalize registration with Mollie and then to set up everything to get payments, sir? Or you still want a refund?

Thank you very much for your answer, it's clear now that I need a KvK number to proceed with the solution.

Unfortunately that is not going to be true for my current plans. Maybe in the future.

So I would like a refund please!
