NorrCompetition 1.8.6 released

A new version of NorrCompetition has been released. Version 1.8.6 addresses the issues that were discovered in the previous versions and brings improvements to entry fields.

Improvements

Added "List" field type
Added "Radio" field type
Reworked "Checkbox" field type
Updated Fingerprint library to the latest 3.x version

Bug fixes

Table object is empty on vote delete event

Theme Changes

There were some changes in the layouts so please check your overrides (if you have any) to be compatible with the latest release. Here is the list of changed files:

As we have updated the Fingerprint library to the latest 3.x version there will be a breaking change regarding the browser fingerprint signature string. We do not recommend to update NorrCompetition to 1.8.6 if you are running active contests and using Fingerprint option to check the votes.

We recommend to use the latest versions of Joomla and NorrCompetition to keep your site up-to-date and always perform backup before any update.
