NorrCompetition 1.4.2 is released

This is a maintenance release of NorrCompetition that has fixes for bugs found since 1.4.1 release.
Bug fixes
Two minor bugs were fixed in this new release:
- Fix cookie caused browser redirects on some enviorments. Thanks Heath for report.
- Fix last vote time calculation logic. Thanks Ingrid for report.
