Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

Hi. I have an issue with the component. I would like the labels of the fields that the user fills in when sending an item to the competition to appear in the display of the item submitted to the competition. I would like to attach screenshots to clarify my question, but the ticket system doesn't allow me to do so.

Please check every field setting - probably show label option is set No.
