Hi,

i am still struggling to get you'r component working .

I dit installed the sample plugin, but the next stap to install the data of the samples i cannot find it, as i follow the instructions in you't guide.

Can you help me out?

The admin details i proved in good trust, so that you have acces to the backend.

Hi Hans,
What is the URL to the Administrator Panel of your site?
I suppose you need to Sample Data module to be enabled in Joomla's backend:

It is a core module that displays all available sample data taken from sample plugins that are enabled.
NorrCompetition sample data need to be enabled too.

Hans,
1. Yes, as I supposed above, you had to add a Sample Data module for the backend.
I go to Content > Administrator Modules > New > Select Sample Data module and assigned it to cpanel position. As the result, the module displays the list of available sample plugins:

2. I noticed there is no SSL sertificate for this domain. Please ensure you have issued the SSL for the domain. There should be a free certificate like Let's Encrypt. This is a recommendation.

Please let us know about your progress with installing NorrCompetition sample data.

i will check for it.

about the ssl this is an temporary site location, when it goes public it will be with ssl from the hosting partner.

I made some steps.

now i see the sample data that i have to install.

But: sep1 Failed: previous installation data found. Please delete the contests and/or fields first.

but i did not make an contest yet. Any idea where i can find the fields or contest?

Hans,
There are some data you have already added. Please remove the item in categories and in fields. They prevent to install sample data. To install sample data, the NorrCompetition's data should be 'clear'. I do not remove existing data since I want you to proceed step-by-step to understand how it works. Please try out and let me know.
