I have a Joomla 5 installation. PHP 8.2 and Norrcompetition 5.07 the latest version installed.

I also downloaded and installed the German language file.

Unfortunately, everything is still in English?

What can I do?

 

I have found th Problem.. it was a language setting by Joomla. You can close this tickets. Thank you S

Hi Sonja,

The package contains the translation. Please check out which languages are set up as default in Joomla settings.

Go to System > Languages and set German as a default language for both Front-end and Administrator Panel.

Here is the example:

There is a dropdown list with two options: Site / Administrator. You can choose which part of the site you want to set up the default language on.

In addition: we have been received an automatic message on e-mail reporting the following error: ERROR CODE :550 - 5.1.1 User Unknown

Probably, there is a misprint in the e-mail address you have entered when registered on our site and the system cannot deliver the message to you since the user is not exist or there is a problem with the mail server. If so, then you did not receive a notification about my reply and will read this answer by visiting our site and opening this topic manually. Please check out your e-mail. I noticed your name on our site is indicated as Borer Sonja while email contains another order as sonja.borer@...
It is just my assumption.
