Hi, just purchased as we are swapping to Phoca cart, all working in test mode as expected. The only question I have is this , in documentation - phoca cart configuration - payment method options you say that inthe payment partially refunded dropdown select 'partially refunded' but that option does not appear to exist. Have I missed something somewhere or are the docs incorrect?

Hi Mike,

Thank you for your question.

Phoca Cart does not have an order status as "Partially Refunded".

I has been checked the latest version of Phoca Cart and see it is stilll the same situation. Phoca Cart ships without such status, but Stripe payment gateway have it.

Please go to Order Statuses and create a new status called "Partially Refunded".

Then, if you release partial refund on Stipe side, the status of your order will be changed to "Partially Refunded" in Phoca Cart.

Now we see the new status in payment plugin settings:

In fact, you can select Refunded status instead of Partially Refunded - it is just an order's status which will be set after the refund is initiated. But it's better to indicate the correct status.
