I purchased Stripe for Phoca Cart in April of 2022. I found that this did not meet my needs and requested that it be upgraded to Stripe Checkout for Phoca Cart in July 2022. This was done and my billing history reflects a cancelation of Stripe for Phoca Cart accordingly. In April of this year, 2023, I was sent a renewal for Stripe for Phoca Cart and did not distinquish it at the time from my active Stripe Checkout for Phoca Cart. I paid that thinking it was renewing Stripe Checkout for Phoca Cart not Stripe for Phoca Cart.

In any event your product nomenclature is very confusing.

How I could "renew" an inactive subscription is beyond me. However can you correct the record and bill me for the difference between the two as the Checkout for Phoca Cart subscription expires on July 21, 2023. Also can you arrange not to bill me for an inactive subscription in future. Thank you.

We are sorry there is a confusion with the subscription. Last year we moved to another subscription component and probably there was an issue with subscription statuses. Or maybe it was a human factor from our side... It's hard to say.
I disabled subscription for Stripe plugin and renewed your subscription to Stripe Checkout for one year.
No need to pay the difference. Let it be kind of bonus/compensation for troubles.
