#86 QuickPay to Klarna setup, help to get going

Now my customer has started their account by QuickPay
And I have configurated the Phoca Cart with your Checkout component. I am testing it in testmode and get this answer:

 Something went wrong
Invalid request - There were some problems in the request data:
No available payment-method for transaction
If the issue persists, contact the merchant for assistance

Is that a good answer while in testmode?


Since the site is on its real adress we have hided the shopping page. The address to the shopping page is

The function is still in test mode!


Before we make it public we want your help to see if everything is OK?

Have you enabled at least one payment method in the QuickPay dashboard?

Hi Mikael,

I noticed settings Phoca Cart's payment method has a mistake:

QuickPay_Klarna is a wrong value. It should be klarna-payments. See the official documentation.

It looks better, when changing the value to "klarna-payments" but still it ends in an error <Ett fel har inträffat. Var god försök igen.> and the order don't reach Klarna. But they are saved in QuickPay, but with the amount of zero.
And we have selected Klarna in QuicPay.

They get into the QuickPay system as "Initial" payments! But it stops there...

It is ok, we have the same for registered and not processed payments. Just checked this on our test website.

When do you have this error? Have you set up Klarna credentials in QuickPay?

This error is coming after a successful message at QuickPay, showing the amount and transaction ID. A second later this error is presented and it feels like its could be the contact between QuickPay and Klarna, but am not sure...

Can you please share your Klarna credentials (UID and password from your Klarna agreement) to our support email? I hope it is possible to change this password later on your side.

With your credentials we will be able to make tests on our website and explore the issue. We also can write to QuickPay for support, because their error messages are not helpful at all :(

Otherwise we are just guessing what is going on, because we do not have an agreement with Klarna and for us it is possible to test only card payments (that are working as expected).

It does not arrive any ordinary mail from you. How can that be?

I have a third address, throught Google mailservers: mikael.bjors@gmail.com if you want to test...

Maybe it's delay in my operators mailservers, if they haven't had contact with your mailserver before. I think that is a way the fight spam!

New version which includes new parameters released: QuickPay for Phoca Cart ver.2.1.0 and 2.1.1: additional parameters to support Klarna
